We arrange an initial telephone conversation with a recruiter to understand your expectations and career plans. This discussion allows us to lay the foundations for a rewarding working relationship and to give you an overview of our working environment.

During this phase, we invite you to immerse yourself in the Ad Astra world by introducing you to our activities, our missions and our corporate culture. The process consists of three stages:

■ HR Interview: Let’s get to know each other!
■ Operational interview: matching skills to the role

■ Face-to-face meeting: a tour of the premises and a discussion about the reasons for a future collaboration
