Ad Astra was established by Deloitte Accounting Services, Deloitte France’s audit and operational support division for large enterprises.

Since June 2021, the Ad Astra brand has represented the In Extenso Group’s (7,300 employees and €600 million in turnover in 2024) consulting and accountancy services for large corporate clients.
We offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to the finance departments of large corporations, mid-market companies and SMEs. Our staff draw on their technical expertise, experience, operational capabilities and, above all, their interpersonal skills to support our clients successfully.

Our History

2021

Deloitte Accounting Services joins the In Extenso group and becomes Ad Astra By In Extenso.

2023

January: Return to central Paris with the relocation of the Ad Astra Group’s headquarters to Rue François 1er in the 8th arrondissement.

March: Abington Advisory, an operational consultancy specialising in performance improvement and digital transformation, joins Ad Astra to expand its consultancy services.

2024

Ad Astra is taking over Deloitte Consulting’s BPO business, thereby strengthening its expertise in the outsourcing of accounting and HR processes

2025

€40 million in turnover, 12 areas of expertise, 330 employees, 5 offices.

The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) benchmark

The In Extenso Group has held LUCIE certification since February 2023. This certification is a benchmark in corporate social responsibility (CSR). Its approach is aligned with the international ISO 26000 standard and focuses on seven key areas: responsible governance, transparency, respect for individuals, quality of life at work, protection of the environment, ethical practices, responsible products and services, and commitment to the public good.
